Sensual Somatic/Embodiment™️ Workshop

This is a 1.5-hour workshop that is virtual or in person for the local area.  Sensual Somatic/Embodiment™️ weaves in sensual dance instruction, self touch, and somatic practices to soothe the nervous system and develop greater body awareness.

The cost is for an individual or group. 

This is a beautiful experience that will allow you to explore and express your unique sensuality under the guidance of Heather.  Sensuality is vulnerable and Heather provides a safe, intimate, and trauma informed space to relax and let go. 

Due to the nature of the workshop and more flexibility in scheduling, Heather will contact you directly to schedule a time and go over details.
