One-to-One 12-Week Coaching

When you can come from a neutral place or an intentional state, you are then able to choose thoughts that serve your highest good, rather than letting your mind control you and the way you feel. 

Self-discipline is the ultimate form of self-love.

Through individualized yoga, meditation, Sensual Embodiment™️ practices, and Law of Assumption coaching, you can absolutely transmute pain and trauma so that you FEEL RADIANT and more fully alive!

Opening and connecting to your heart centre allows more compassion and forgiveness for yourself and others.

     Who is Heather?

    When I was in my early 20's, I felt lost and was using substances and anti-depressants to escape my emotions and fake feeling better. 

    Deep inside I knew all of it was a band-aid for the root issue.

    I found my way to yoga and my life changed.

    With consistent practice, yoga and meditation makes your nervous system stronger. 

    I have cultivated unwavering self-love.

    I have moved past resistance and mental limits. 

    I have experienced the value in trusting those 'gut' feelings, my intuition.

    The power to consciously meditate anywhere is transformational.  It can become a way of being and put you back in the driver's seat so that you can connect to Truth that is inside of you. 

    I will help you find the freedom in surrendering to the uncertainty and learning to trust that all will work out for the greater good. 

    I know these practices ease suffering and will help you realize the potential you have within to feel joy.

    What You Get in the Program 

    • Weekly One-to-One Coaching Calls: These are 1 hour calls where I guide you through movement, meditation, or somatic practices.  They can also be used to talk, integrate, get support and feedback, loving guidance, and accountability.  These are client centred and based on where you are at right now and what you need. You are invited to bring whatever is coming up for you here so we can peel back the layers.  These are recorded so you can watch back.
    • Weekly Individualized Practice Plans: Following the coaching session, based on your goals, challenges, and desires, I will recommend a practice plan for you on your own time.  This could include yoga techniques, meditations, affirmations, breath work, self touch practices, somatic movements, integration activities and any other actionable tips for you to practice.
    • Loving Support and Accountability: This is one-to-one virtual text and voice messaging support through Voxer (Monday to Friday) for any questions and concerns that arise in between our coaching calls. You don't have to do this alone!  I am here for you, keeping you accountable, and encouraging you to go past limits and reach your true potential while you go through this adventure. Use me!
