Week 1: Water - Spinal Undulations
Dive into the fluidity of water as we kick off the program with a focus on spinal undulations. Through gentle and rhythmic movements, you will learn to unlock tension in your spine, promoting flexibility, and fostering a sense of flow within your body.
Week 2: Fire - Hip Articulations

Week 3: Earth - Twerking

Week 4: Air - Self Touch to Self Regulate and Micro Somatics
